REFUND REQUESTED I would like to request a staff consultation for a project site in Silverdale. The site is undeveloped land located on the east side of Silverdale Way across from Westridge Drive. It is 4.04-acres and zoned Urban Low. The project is proposing 32 apartments for a total density of 8 DU/Ac. Based on its zone and proposed multifamily project, we need to submit for a Conditional use permit and binding site plan and would like a Staff Consult meeting to confirm prior to submittal.
