In order for your permit to be deemed ready for review: 1. Log in here: Online Permit Center Find Your Permit: Click Applications, then click My Applications, then click on hyper linked permit number. 2. Scroll down to the Submittals section, then please upload: o Construction Plans The attached construction plans must reference that they are in conformance with the 2015 International Building Code. o Letter from Engineer and/or Architect allowing use and reproduction of the Basic Plan Please name files simply and accurately, indicating what the item is in the file name. Example: Site Plan, Construction Plans, Floor Plan. Once we have the above information, a permit technician will process your uploads and notify you when the permit is ready to receive payment. Please note, until all information is received, the permit is set to expire on 07/10/19 after which time you can contact us to reinstate it.
